This Short-Term Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the Property Owner/Host ("Owner") and the Guest ("Guest") for the vacation rental known as Sea Glass Retreat located on Sand Dollar Ln.
By booking or occupying the property, Guest agrees to all terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Rental Term
Check-in begins at: 3 PM.
Check-out is no later than 11 AM
Early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance.
Minimum booking age: 25
No unauthorized guests.
Park only in designated areas. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway.
2. Maximum Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is limited to 4 guests unless approved in writing by Owner.
No parties, events, large gatherings, or unauthorized overnight guests are permitted.
3. Payment & Reservations
Full payment must be completed according to the booking platform terms or direct booking agreement.
Reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies follow the terms selected through Lodgify, Airbnb, VRBO, or the direct booking platform used for the reservation.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
5. House Rules
Guests agree to:
Failure to follow house rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
6. Beach & Outdoor Equipment
Kayaks, skim boards, grill, outdoor seating, and any recreational equipment are provided as a courtesy.
Use of all equipment is entirely at Guest's own risk.
Guests are responsible for:
Owner assumes no liability for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from use.
7. Grill Use
Guests using the charcoal grill agree to:
Guest assumes all responsibility for grill-related use.
8. Cleaning & Condition
Guests agree to leave the property in reasonably clean condition.

Guest accepts responsibility for damages caused during occupancy beyond normal wear and tear.

11. Weather & Hurricanes
No refunds will be issued for:
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including illness, travel delays, severe weather, hurricanes, and other covered circumstances that may affect their trip.
12. Liability Waiver
Owner is not responsible for:
Guest assumes all risks associated with occupancy and use of the property.
13. Right to Refuse Service
Owner reserves the right to refuse service, terminate occupancy, or request immediate departure for violations of this Agreement or unsafe behavior.
14. Agreement Acceptance
By booking, paying for, or occupying the property, Guest acknowledges and agrees to all terms contained in this Agreement.

Quiet Hours
Please respect neighbors and keep noise levels low between 10 PM and 8 AM.
Occupancy
Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.
No Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Additional cleaning fees will apply for smoke odors.
Beach Sand
Please rinse off sand before entering when possible.
Avoid rinsing excessive sand into sinks or showers.
Kayaks & Beach Gear
Use all beach and recreational equipment at your own risk.
Children must always be supervised.
Grill
Please clean and safely extinguish grill after use.
Parking
Park only in designated areas. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway.
